The invention relates to cigarette manufacturing mechanical equipment, in particular to an aluminum foil indentation pattern rolling device used in a cigarette packing machine. The device comprises an embossing roll, a fine adjustment device, rotating rolls, a brush, reversing rolls, a paper cutter rest and bobbin paper. The fine adjustment device comprises a guide rail, a sliding block, a fixed roll and a movable roll, wherein the fixed roll is arranged at one side of the brush, and the movable roll is arranged at one side of the embossing roll; the guide rail and the sliding block are forked pieces which are respectively provided with an opening end, and the sliding block is movably arranged in a forked mouth of the guide rail; the fixed roll is arranged at the opening end of the guide rail, and the movable roll is arranged at the opening end of the sliding block; and a screw fine adjustment device is arranged between the guide rail and the sliding block. The aluminum foil indentation pattern rolling device thoroughly eliminates influence of indentation pattern position adjustment on the brush and has the advantages of convenient, fast and intuitive adjustment process, wide adjustment range, on-line debugging function and the like, thus effectively solving the problem of reduction of effective operating rate caused by indentation pattern position adjustment.
