The invention discloses a production process of a special steel ingot pullout type continuous directionally-crystallized electroslag ingot with a small micro-fracture surface. The production process comprises the steps: smelting; continuous casting; lathe chamfering; and continuous electroslag remelting, wherein during electroslag remelting, a single continuous cast round billet 1 is used as a consumable electrode, is arranged between two pairs of rotating rollers 2, aligns to the center of a T-shaped crystallizer 3, is close to a dummy ingot ring of an ingot pulling device and also synchronously rotates with two pairs of rotating rollers 4 for pulling ingots to control the synchronous movement of the continuous cast round billet 1 and an electroslag ingot 5, and the synchronous online welding of the consumable electrode and the online plasma cutting of the electroslag ingot are adopted so that a standard electroslag ingot product can be forged or directly rolled. By using the production process, the hydrogen cracking quality of the electroslag ingot (bar) can be improved, the distribution uniformity of fine carbides can be ensured, the material yield can also be increased by over 5%, the production cost is reduced by over 15%, and the production efficiency can be increased by about 50%.
