My Experiences in the Doctorate Education

This paper presents three points of experiences on the education of doctorate students. First, the tutor should direct the aim of study towards the scientific frontier and national need. The tutor and the student learn from each other in the process of realizing their common aim. Second, the tutor should train his doctorate student with the sentiment of educating his scientific successor, and establish neither a boss-employee relationship, nor an over-intimate relationship. Third, it is important to emphasize on moral education, to regulate norms of scientific behavior and to form an atmosphere of justice, unity and struggle in the doctorate group.
