VISIE HARMONISATIE COLLECTIEVE REISINFORMATIE OPENBAAR VERVOER [CONSISTENCY IN DESIGN OF INFORMATION SOURCES FOR PUBLIC TRANSIT RIDERS IN THE NETHERLANDS]

In this study, the authors present a concept for harmonizing the content, structure, and form of passenger transportation information. They identify four key factors upon which the contents and structure of passenger information depend on: 1) goal of passenger information; 2) modality; 3) frequency; and, 4) location.
