The humanization of nursing team in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit: design, applications and interference in humanized care

Abstract This is an exploratory descriptive study with qualitative approach, which aimed to understand nursing team conceptionabout humanized care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and identify possible factors that may affect the applicability of humanized care.
