The theme developed in the present research refers to the practices of recognition that generate processes of political subjectification a group of undergraduate teachers of the Universidad Catolica de Pereira. The importance and impact of these criteria, shows how the professor from an act of reflective awareness towards the importance of their academic practices, it is transforming him or herself allowing to transform others, It means, generates performances of power and action through interaction with their students and colleagues.
