A method for producing fatty alcohol aviation fuel, aviation fuel belonging to the technical field. Production steps of the method are: (1) under catalytic dehydration conditions, the conversion of fatty alcohol C8 ~ C16 n-olefins; (2) at hydroisomerization conditions, obtained using step (1) n-olefins preparation of C8 ~ C16 isoparaffins. The method provided by the present invention obtained C8 ~ C16 isoparaffin may be mixed with conventional petroleum-based aviation fuels in any ratio.
