The invention discloses an intelligent high spot remote service system which comprises a plurality of information collecting terminals which are arranged on field data collecting spots and used for collecting field data, a project terminal server which is used for receiving and storing the field data collected by the information collecting terminals and arranged at the monitoring center of a project construction field, an intelligent high spot server which is used for receiving and storing the data of the project terminal server and arranged at the monitoring center of a construction side or a maintenance and management side, a switchboard which is connected with the project terminal server and the intelligent high spot server, and a server terminal computer which is connected with the intelligent high spot server through a network and has access to and checks the field data stored in the intelligent high spot server. The operation conditions of field devices and facilities are monitored remotely, maintenance personnel are sent out in time to conduct on-site maintenance according to fault feedbacks to achieve remote operation and maintenance, the fault feedback time is shortened, and the fault feedback and processing efficiency is improved.
