The control method comprises the following steps: when an opening instruction of a steam generator is received, the current operation state of a refrigerating module is obtained; when the current operation state of the refrigerating module is the refrigerating mode, the refrigerating module is controlled to operate according to the preset low-power operating mode, and after the refrigerating module operates according to the preset low-power operating mode, the steam generator is opened; and/or, when the opening instruction of the refrigerating module is received, the current operating state of the steam generator is obtained; and when the steam generator is in the operation sate, the refrigeration module is controlled to be opened and operates according to the preset low-power working mode, or after the steam generator stop operation, the refrigerating module is controlled to be opened. The control method can prevent overload of a power supply circuit of the refrigerating range hood.
