Entry points to image-related applications in a mobile device

A method and apparatus for operating a mobile device that stores a plurality of applications ( "app (app)") configured to capture an image, respectively, is provided. The method includes the step of receiving user input data 1 LE to request a call to a given one of the applications of the application. Given application is launched by a user. After a given application, the launch, a user interface that all of the image capture application stored in the mobile device to the entry point serves to make available to the user are described.
