Study on the Cell Suspension Culture of Aquilaria sinensis

[Objective] This study aimed to provide references for the establishment of structural dynamic model and production of secondary metabolites in the cell suspension culture of Aquilaria sinensis.[Method] The callus of A.sinensis was selected as materials,and the effects of different factors were studied by orthogonal design method in the cell suspension culture.These factors included species and concentration of different plant growth regulators,and the content of hydrolysis of casein.[Result] The results showed that the optimal media for A.sinensis cell suspension culture was MS medium supplemented with 1.0 mg/L NAA,1.0 mg/L 6-BA,and 1.0 mg/L KT,additional hydrolysis of casein was 500 mg/L,sugar content was 40 g/L.Maintaining the pH value at the range over 5.3 to 5.8,the initial inoculation was 6 ml seed liquid/20 ml,inositol content was 0.25 g/L.[Conclusion] An A.sinensis suspension cell culture was preliminarily established,in which the cell grew rapidly and highly dispersed.
