Public sector governance of urban freight management

The focus of this article is the procedure of planning, implementing and evaluating policy measures for urban freight transport. The term "governance" evokes the challenges therein, in terms of the need for collaboration in order to solve the challenges encountered by stakeholders involved in urban freight transport. A partnership based framework is presented in order to address these challenges.
