A versatile plane adjustable broach

The invention relates to a universal adjustable surface broach, which comprises a body and a tooth, wherein a detachable mechanism of the tooth is connected with the body, so that the tooth can be detached to newly sharpen edge or replace a new tooth; the tooth of the broach can be separated from the body; the effective height of the tooth can be adjusted; after being worn, the tooth can be detached to sharpen the edge of the tooth; and in a broaching process, the height of the tooth can be manually adjusted according to production requirements. Through the broach, the defects of non-adjustable height of the tooth during broaching, non-detachable tooth, unavailability of edge sharpening and non-reusability are overcome. The broach is suitable for rough machining, semifinishing and finishing of flat plate type parts, is flexible in machining mode, and is suitable for large-scale production, medium and small-scale production and single piece production. The machining efficiency can be increased, the machining cost can be reduced, and the broach has important realistic significance.
