Профилактика постинтубационных гортанных и трахеальных осложнений

The system of preventive measures suggested included: control of pressure in the cuff of endotracheal tube or tracheostomic apparatus, use of thermoplastic tracheostomic tubes with tracheal deviation angle of 105o, carrying out of tracheostoma in case of minimum pathologic laryngeal changes, substitution of tracheostomic apparatus in suprabifurcated tracheal part, tracheostomy at the 4-6 day after intubation and beginning of artificial pulmonary ventilation, tracheostomy performed by a surgeon or otorhinolaryngologist that permitted to reduce the number of postintubation tracheal complications (by 4,5 times) and completely exclude occurrence of laryngeal and tracheal cicatricial stenosis.
