Material coagulating detection method

The invention discloses a material coagulating detection method. The method comprises the following steps: on the basis of the propagation characteristic of ultrasonic waves in an optical fiber, selecting a suitable piezoelectric plate, coupling the piezoelectric plate with the optical fiber, applying a suitable excitation signal to the piezoelectric plate so as to generate ultrasonic waves, and then receiving reflected signals by virtue of the piezoelectric plate. The coupling degrees of the detected material and the optical fiber are different due to different material coagulating degrees, further energy attenuation is different, and finally reflected ultrasonic energies are different. By use of such the characteristic, whether the material is coagulated or not can be judged by virtue of observing the received signal amplitude value changes. The optical fiber is utilized as an ultrasonic wave guide structure, so that the method is capable of effectively detecting whether the material is coagulated or not, can be used for detecting the coagulating states of materials such as concrete, circuit board soldering tin, composite substrate and the like, and has favorable application prospect.
