Clinical Physiological Study of the Action of BC 105 (Sandoz, Basle) in the Interval Therapy of Migraine

1974
In a clinical physiological study the authors demonstrate that the antaminic BC 105 (Sandoz, Basle) reduces the frequency of the most severe, therapy-resistant attacks of migraine in a statistically significant manner. They show that BC 105 exerts a statistically significant sedative and normalizing influence on increased vasomotor lability of the cranial vessels.
