Application of switched-circuit simulators in power electronics design

Several recent papers have described the implementation of switched-circuit simulators for analysis of power electronic circuits. The application of such simulators and how they can complement the use of traditional circuit simulation tools such as SPICE (simulation program with IC emphasis) are described. This is illustrated using several examples of interest to the practicing engineer. >
