2009 Influenza A H1N1 influenza epidemic situation in Anshan area laboratory

Objective:Anshan City ILI Influenza H1N1 influenza virus samples for DNA testing for influenza H1N1 flu prevention and control providing the basis.Methods: We collected Anshan region of cases of influenza-like symptoms of 600 throat swabs collected,extracted DNA samples using real-time fluorescent PCR detection kit.Suspected cases were A-/ B-type influenza screening,H1/H3 genotyping,detection of influenza A H1N1,influenza H1N1 detection of discharged patients.Results: 600 suspected cases,a new influenza A H1N1 135 confirmed cases,15 cases of severe cases,2 deaths,patients discharged samples were negative for influenza A H1N1.Conclusion: Laboratory testing for the Anshan area confirmed influenza H1N1 influenza epidemic,prevention and control and treatment of patients provided the basis for the development of laboratory techniques is great significance.
