Dressing for surgery

PURPOSE:To see that this dressing can prevent the penetration of water or the pollution of germs, permeating air or steam by forming a polyurethane homogeneous film on one side of a porous polyurethane supporting film of the same composition, and providing unwoven fabric, where hydrophobic porous agents not in contact with the adhesive layer stacked on the other side are stacked, on this adhesive layer. CONSTITUTION:A composite film is made, where a homogeneous polyurethane film 1 is stacked on the supporting film 2 consisting of porous polyurethane of the same composition. And, a low stimulus adhesive layer 3 is stacked on the opposite face from the face where the homogeneous polyurethane film 1 is made, and further water-absorptive cloth 4 is stacked in the section directly in contact with the skin lacking section of one part of the face where the adhesive layer 3 is stacked, and a porous film 5 impregnated with water is stacked on the cloth 4. Hereby, even with the face abundant in oozing liquid, it sticks to the injured face without oozing-out liquid being reserved, and also it prevents excessive drying and puts its section in hydrated lubricant condition, whereby it can expedite the regeneration of a skin without sticking fast to the skin lacking section.
