Опыт хирургического лечения инфицированных грудных аортальных протезов

Experience of surgical treatment infected thoracic and aortic prosthesis. In the article shows the results of repeated surgical treatment in 12 patients with infected aneurysms of the descending part of the thoracic aorta, who underwent surgery early on about the various diseases of the thoracic aorta. As a method of choice for this pathology the authors suggest a phased extranatomical bypass from the ascending aorta to descending from right-side thoracotomy with following removal of infected prosthetic left-side access. Repeated reconstructive operations in the infected area is extremely complex and have unfavorable outcome, and this complication is threatening the lives of patients and requires surgical treatment for health reasons.
