Development Study on the Newtype Modifier of Sodium Silicate

A newtype liquid modifier for sodium silicate was developed in this paper. On the basis of exploration experiments ,then cubic simplicial barycentric method of mixture regression design was used,the ternarycomposition modifier was originally developed. Adding this modifier when mixing sands,it can increase the storage strength after gassing of CO2 sodium silicate bonded sands by 50%,and decrease the residual strength after casting by 50% also.\=
