Synthesis and Characterization of the Diruthenium(III) Complexes Ru2(F4Oap)2(F5ap)2 and Ru2(F4Oap)(F4NCNap)(F5ap)2 Where F4Oap Is the 2-(3,4,5,6-Tetrafluoro-2-oxoanilino)pyri- dinate Anion, F4NCNap Is the 2-(3,4,5,6-Tetra- fluoro-2-cyanamidoanilino)pyridinate Anion, and F5ap Is the 2-(2,3,4,5,6-Pentafluoroanilino)pyri- dinate Anion

2001
Two diruthenium(III) complexes with mixed anionic bridging ligands are synthesized and characterized as to their structural, electrochemical, and spectroscopic properties. Both compounds undergo not only metal-centered but also ligand-centered electrode reactions and this is accounted for by their quinone-type structures.
