Profound biochemical examination of oil and petrochemical workers has been carried out. The study has detected lipid metabolism changes in a significant number of the subjects examined, an increased frequency of disorders in workers engaged in basic occupations depending on the length of service. Comparative study of biochemical status changes and hypertensive disease incidence associated with the determination of lipid profile importance for diagnosing cardio-vascular disorders during preclinical period has been conducted.
