Ultrasonic detection measurement system using a tunable digital filter with 4 × interpolator

2006
Ultrasound system utilizes a tunable digital filter with 4 × interpolation. This system is used to scan an object to be tested, and generates a test signal, and includes a transmission / reception device for receiving an echo signal. The signal processing circuit, an echo signal of the analog version, one or more digital to convert the digital echo signal in the form of digital data streams to be stored in the memory - using analog converter to process the echo signals . Data is stored in the first data rate and is read at a slower than the data rate the second speed. Averaging Decimator receives and processes data from the memory, and supplies it to the IIR filter, is supplied to the FIR filter is subsequently finally supplied to boxcar filter, where it is preferred that the four times perceived resolution of by a factor of given data is improved.
