In order to attain this purpose, we interviewed with teachers who in charge of developing curriculum of three multiculture global elementary schools. We extracted common contents and system of multiculture curriculum based on content analysis. The results of this study are as follows: First, we recommend a bilingual immersion class for multicultural students who are difficult to speak Korean and for Korean students who want to learn foreign languages. Second, we recommend to rearrange Korean classes in line with students’ proficiency level because there are many students whose fisrt langauge is not Korean. Customized Korean language classes provide an opportunity for multicultural students to learn Korean in accordance with their needs and proficiency level, and in turn, the students can expect to improve academic attainment. Third, there need to be more integrated curriculum for multicultural topics. It is necessary to develop a curriculum that will lead to critical thinking reflecting social-behavioral approaches. Forth, there need to be scaffolding classes and counselling sessions for multicultural students. Fifth, there need to be appropriate evaluation systems for students and curriculum. Sixth, multi-directional support from national and regional education offices is required. These findings could have a significance contribution to develope multicultural curriculum for everyone.
