Regarding the development of the project is entitled “PROYECTO DE FACTIBILIDAD PARA LA IMPLEMENTACION DE UNA EMPRESA PROCESADORA Y COMERCIALIZADORA DE PULPA DE FRUTA (MANZANADURAZNO) SELLADO AL VACIO PARA LA CIUDAD DE LOJA” was made possible by the knowledge, experience over the stage of university studies and methods implemented by the National University of Loja, which allowed them to identify the problem that arise in the city, particularly in the city of Loja why establishing the above-mentioned subject. For this reason we raised the goals that will help us meet feasibility of this project, perform market research to determine the conditions of supply and demand in the market of the city of Loja. Perform technical study in order to establish the size, location and project engineer. Perform financial study to determine the amount of investment, financing sources, production costs and revenues generated by the project. Perform financial evaluation for using the Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Benefit Cost Ratio etc. What will help us measure the profitability of the project. Variables was analyzed market which will help us in developing the surveys that led us to the gathering of information, and in this way continue the project and then statistical sampling was performed taking into account the number of families in the city Loja which is 48,734, which resulted in us a total of 381 urban household surveys of the city of Loja, in order to meet the demand that will market the product. The technical study allowed to analyze the optimal location factors of the company and this was located in the province of Loja, Loja Canton, city of the same name, at the Friendly neighborhood Mary, is seen as a sector that provides systems for roads access to north-south direction and back allowing easy transportation of inputs and the distribution of the product, and, in order to establish the installed capacity is 155,333 1Kg product packaging annually, all this for five years life of the project. We also utilized capacity of the project for the first year is raw material and 37450Kg de42240kg resulting product. The company will have adequate infrastructure and requirements necessary for its operation, ie raw materials, labor and all instrumentation required for the development and marketing of the product, right price established market segment. For implementation and startup of this company requires an initial investment of $ 71,112.99 which is 60% financing with equity representing a value of $ 42,677.79 and the remaining 40%, ie $ 28,445.20 will be funded by the National Development Bank. Consequently, the study reveals that the business idea is acceptable, this act to implement it, because indicators such as the investor of the project are positive as the market is large and growing.
