The Research of The Dynamics of the Electromechanical Drive of a Concrete Mixer

A kinematic diagram is described and dual-mass mathematical models of dynamic systems of an electromechanical drive of a concrete mixer are compiled. As a result of solving the obtained differential equations, the laws of torsional vibrations of the rotor of the electric motor and other elements of the electromechanical drive under the action of the impulse moment of resistance forces are determined using complex functions. The functional dependences describing the angles of torsion of the shafting and the dynamic loads of the elements of the electromechanical drive during its torsional vibrations are determined. Recommendations for improving the performance and reliability of the electromechanical drive of the concrete mixer are given.
