Feasibility and Application of Metabolomics to be used in Research of Nature of Xiongbi Syndromes

Coronary artery disease (CHD) threatens the public health seriously. CHO belongs to Xiongbi syndromes in Chinese traditional medicine. Data accumulated indicated that Yi-Qi Huo-Xue medicine obtained much success in treatment of CHD. The nature of Xiongbi syndromes remained unclear, which played an important role in clinical diagnosis in Chinese traditional medicine. Metabolomics was a new method for research of system biology, and has been widely used in early diagnosis, toxicology and drug development. Feasibility and application of Metabolomics to be used in research of nature of Xiongbi syndromes was discussed in present study.
