Test Bistortae Gallic Acid by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

Objective:To establish test methods on bistortae gallic acid by HPLC analysis,to enhance and improve the quality standards of bistortae.Method:Column:Dalian,according to Little(250 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm);mobile phase:methanol-0.5% phosphoric acid(5:95);detection wavelength:270 nm;flow rate:1.0 mL/min;column temperature:40℃.Result:gallic acid in the range of 0.085～0.595 μg linear relationship between the average recovery was 98.89% RSD was 1.99%(n=6).Conclusion:This method is accurate,sensitive,reproducible,and suitable for quality control of bistortae.
