Gambaran Quality of Life (QoL) Pada Penderita Rheumatoid Arthritis Di Komunitas

Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic disease that requires long-term management that can affect the quality of life rheumatoid arthritis are age, sex, education, occupation, duration of suffering and comorbidities. The quality of life of patients with rheumatoid arthritis can be seen from several aspects such us: general health, physical, psychological, social and environtmental health. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of life of patients with rheumatoid arthritis in the community. The type of research is quantitative descriptive, survey data collection methode with sampling technique that is total sampling and involse 34 respondents conducted in Gonilan Village with WHOQoL-BREF quesionnaire instrument. Good general health 76,5%, good physical health 91,2%, good psychology aspects 94,1%, good social aspects 82,4%, and good environtment 88,2%. The quality of life of RA in the good category is 91,2% this has decreased the quality of life in accordance with the complaints felt by pastients with rheumatoid arthritis, but patients are able to manafe pain that is felt well, able to control stress well, the support of the family and availability of information.
