Nylon masterbatch composition for preparing gear by mould method

The invention relates to a nylon master batch composition for preparing a gear by a mould method, which comprises the following components by weight portion: 50 to 65 portions of high molecular plastic nylon, 30 to 40 portions of cluster chopped glass fiber, 5 to 10 portions of micro-sized organic montmorillonite, and 5 to 10 portions of micro-sized glass micro powder. The high molecular plastic nylon comprises high molecular nylon-6 or nylon-66. The cluster chopped glass fiber has 50 to 100 strips per cluster and is subjected to surface treatment by silane coupling agent, the diameter of each glass fiber is 6 to 11 microns, and the length is 6 millimeters. The particle diameter of the organic montmorillonite is 1 to 5 microns, and the montmorillonite is subjected to organized treatment. The diameter of the glass micro powder is 7 to 14 microns, the ratio of the length to the diameter is between 1 to 5 and 1 to 10, and the glass micro powder is subjected to surface treatment by the silane coupling agent. The invention has the advantages of simple process, easy operation, heat resistance, abrasion resistance, lubricity, and good weather resisting property and deformation resistance, and can improve dimensional stability of glass fiber modified nylon master batch.
