Elevator safety real-time monitoring control system and control method thereof

The invention discloses an elevator safety real-time monitoring control system. The elevator safety real-time monitoring control system comprises a system control unit, a sensor unit, a short message transceiving unit, a user monitoring terminal and an elevator brake control unit, wherein the sensor unit is used for monitoring elevator brake parameters and judging whether a fault of an elevator brake exists or not according to the monitored parameters, and if the fault exists, an elevator is controlled to stop working through the elevator brake control unit and fault information is sent to the system control unit; the system control unit sends the received fault information to the user monitoring terminal through the short message transceiving unit; meanwhile, the short message transceiving unit sends information sent by the user monitoring terminal to the system control unit; the user monitoring terminal is used for monitoring the parameters and sending the control information to the system control unit; and the system control unit makes the elevator stop or work by controlling the elevator brake control unit according to the information sent by the user monitoring terminal. By means of the elevator safety real-time monitoring control system and a control method thereof, an early warning function on the dangerous elevator can be achieved, and moreover the dangerous elevator stops working again, so that the using safety of the elevator is effectively improved.
