Non-contact Fine Photoelectronic Measuring System for Screw Thread

The laser sensor which based on laser triangulation measurement combines the special mechanism.It could complete non-contact fine measurement for internal or outside screw thread.It can not only get the precise parameters by direct measure when the thread is new,but also get the parameters by computer processing when the screw thread was covered in part by dust or smeary,and find out the damage of axial direct and wear of radial direct.Linearity of full scope for the system is better than 0.1%,highest resolution reaches to 1μm,repeated position accuracy reaches to ±5μm,measure speed reaches to 4mm/s.Range of diameter for internal screw thread is 30~300mm,length is 0~100mm.Length of outside screw thread is no limit.
