Two new oleanane triterpenoid saponins from Elsholtzia bodinieri.

Abstract Two new oleanane-type triterpenoid saponins, bodiniosides C ( 1 ) and D ( 2 ), were isolated from the aerial parts of Elsholtzia bodinieri . Their structures were determined by one- and two-dimensional NMR techniques, including HMQC, HMBC and HMQC-TOCSY experiments, as well as acid hydrolysis and GC analysis.
