Lepistemon verdcourtii, a new species of Convolvulaceae from India, with notes on L. binectariferum and L. leiocalyx

The genus Lepistemon Blume, with about ten species in tropical Africa, Asia, Australia and Malaysia (Ooststroom 1953) is also reported to have two species in India, viz. L. binectariferum (Wall.) O. Kuntze (syn. L. wallichii Choisy, L. flavescens Blume) and L. leiocalyx Stapf.
