The acquisition method for the frequent usage degree of the words includes the steps that a time interval T is set and divided into multiple time subintervals t1, t2,..., tn; linguistic data corresponding to the time subintervals t1, t2,..., tn are selected; the linguistic data are analyzed to obtain candidate words; statistics is performed on the appearance sub-frequencies f1, f2,..., fn of the candidate words in the linguistic data corresponding to the time subintervals t1, t2,..., tn; the sum of the sub-frequencies f1, f2,..., fn is calculated, and the total appearance frequency f of the candidate words in linguistic data corresponding to the time interval T is obtained; the total frequency f is divided by the statistics frequency n to obtain the average appearance frequency f of the candidate words in the time subintervals t1, t2,..., tn; based on the sub-frequencies f1, f2,..., fn and the average frequency f, the standard deviation stdev (f) of the candidate words is obtained; based on the average frequency f and the standard deviation stdev (f), the frequent usage degree U of the candidate words is obtained. The method solves the technical problem that in the prior art, frequently used words for Chinese language teaching can not be accurately extracted.
