Study on Co-vulcanization of Rubber Blends for Automobile

The mulit component rubber for seal automobile from the is designed and cured with the principle.The method was applied that the multiple sets of rubber blending rubber formula and the rubber achieved versatility was made.Results show that the same blending formula rubber under different curing temperature,its processed speed differ and the curing time is more shorter under the high temperature than low,but the strength of the rubber will be declined.The blending mulit components rubber by this formula combined with the vulcanization process is fully suit for the design requirements in automobile.
