Determination of Hesperidin in Shensu Pill by HPLC

OBJECTIVE: To establish HPLC method for the determination of Hesperidin in the Shensu pill. METHDOS: Mirosorb C18( 250mm× 4. 6mm, 5μ m) was taken as chromatographic column. The mobile phase composed of acetonitrile-methanol-0. 2mol· L-1 ammonium acetate-glacial acetic acid( 65∶ 11∶ 23∶ 1) . The column temperature was 23℃ ; the detection wavelength was 283nm and the flow rate was 0. 8mL· min-1. RESULTS: Hesperidin had a good linearity( r=0. 999 6) in the range of 10～ 50μ g· mL-1. The average recovery was 99. 37% , RSD=1. 63% . CONCLUSION: The method is rapid, simple and reproducible with high recovery rate.
