半定量RT-PCR检测2型糖尿病大鼠模型脂肪组织脂联素及骨骼肌组织脂联素受体R1mRNA表达.与正常大鼠比较,糖尿病大鼠骨骼肌组织脂联素受体R1基因表达无改变.糖尿病大鼠血清脂联素水平下降是由脂肪组织脂联素mRNA表达降低引起的,罗格列酮治疗可以使之改善。
