The invention provides an unmanned aerial vehicle launching and recovery device and belongs to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicle control. The unmanned aerial vehicle launching and recovery device comprises a supporting frame, a large arm and a launching/recovery station, wherein the large arm is arranged at the upper portion o the supporting frame and can rotate around the supporting frame, the launching/recovery station is arranged at the outer end of the large arm, and an angle formed by the launching/recovery station and the large arm can be automatically adjusted. An upper jaw and a lower jaw which can be opened and closed up are arranged on the launching/recovery station, a flexible buffering strip is arranged between the upper jaw and the lower jaw, an unmanned aerial vehicle attitude adjustment mechanism is further arranged on the lower jaw and used for alignment of an unmanned aerial vehicle. The unmanned aerial vehicle launching and recovery device can form a linear route through fitting in a launching or recovery state, so that the unmanned aerial vehicle is accurately and stably launched or recovered. Due to the fact that the unmanned aerial vehicle launching and recovery device is provided with the unmanned aerial vehicle attitude adjustment mechanism, manual intervention in the unmanned aerial vehicle launching and recovery process can be decreased.
