Los autores reportan las diferentes complicaciones inherentes al uso de la anestesia dental y las consideradas sistemicas, describiendo en cada una de ellas sus caracteristicas, signos, sintomas y estrategias para solventarlas. EnglishThe safety in the use of local anesthetics and the different anesthetic approaches in dentistry make the practice of dental anesthesia considered safe. The authors report the different complications inherent to the use of dental anesthesia and those considered systemic, describing in each of them their characteristics, signs, symptoms and strategies to solve them.
