SUMMARY I n t ro d u c t i o n : Complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS) is a collection of diverse clinical manifestations characterized by pain, functional impotence, vaso-sudomotor disorders and trophic alterations. The final diagnosis can be easily established in complete forms, but can be very difficult in some incomplete and atypical cases. The diagnosis shall be mainly clinical and be confirmed by further explorations. The aim of this study was to determine the value of clinical, radiological and scintigraphic data for the diagnosis of CRPS. Material and methods:
