Highlights of the 20th International Conference on Antiviral Research (ICAR)

The International Conference on Antiviral Research (ICAR) meetings cover all aspects of antiviral research into human viruses. The meeting included two major award lectures, invited plenary speakers and a minisymposium, based this year on HCV. In addition, there were many contributor presentations, both oral and poster. This report focuses on the major highlights of the contributor presentations. A full report, including summaries of all the invited speakers and the pre-conference clinical update satellite symposium, will be included in the International Society of Antiviral Research (ISAR) news to be published in Antiviral Chemistry and Chemotherapy (18.4).
