Innovative processes that are vigorously developing have fostered the emergence of new types of professional educational institutions as well as models and forms of the educational process. Under these conditions it is becoming increasingly essential to preserve the unified educational space while making use of variable models of continuous education. To ensure that the system is not too rigid but also, at the same time, not oversaturated with degrees of freedom, it is necessary to look for optimal variants of a regional system of professional education.
