Laser additive manufacturing method of an aluminum alloy structural member

2014
The present invention discloses a method for producing laser gain material of an aluminum alloy structural member, characterized in that: the protective device made of argon is placed on a table, a substrate placed inside an aluminum alloy, high purity argon gas charged in advance, so that cavity oxygen content of less than 70μL / L. Use a special powder-feeding means certain mixed mass ratio of Al, Fe-based alloys, and other ultrafine metal powders of La2O3 injected into a bath of the laser beam, the laser cladding layer is formed in combination with the substrate metallurgy. Layer by layer laser cladding was then realized by the NC program of each layer to finally obtain a three-dimensional metal parts. Thereby making a rapidly solidified high performance characteristics of the tissue, fully dense, complex shaped aluminum alloy structural member. Low manufacturing cost of the manufacturing process, short manufacturing cycle, high utilization ratio, stable, complex parts can be produced quickly and relatively substantial increase in the structural strength of the structural member of aluminum alloy, the alloy reduces the internal pores, cracks, and other organizations residual stress defect.
