Aeroengine general emulator

Provided is an aeroengine general emulator, comprising an upper industrial control computer, a simulation measurement and control computer, a display console, a combined instrument cabinet with various instrument hardware module, and an instrument extension cabinet, a signal adaptive unit, a DC stabilized power supply, and a special test cable. The emulator is characterized in that a damping movable cabinet using a built-in standard industrial instrument installing rack with an environmental control device integrates all hardware, and the modularized structural design is used, different environmental requirements of engine system grade simulation tests are considered while working stability of the whole system is ensured. The simulation measurement and control computer uses an embedded high performance real-time operating system to operate an engine mathematic model, ensuring real-time property and effectiveness of the simulation test. The hardware architecture forming the test system uses a standard PXI bus open architecture, and can be applied according to specific tests. The emulator is extended and configured with various mature hardware modules with PXI bus interfaces, and is advantaged by high automation degree, expandability, good compatibility, good maintainability, etc. The signal adaptive unit is integrated and configured with a standard electric connector and a general electric connector, and just corresponding matching test connecting cables need changing, and the engine emulator can rapidly reconfigure test system electrical connection, so as to satisfy versatility requirement of a platform.
