Аритмии сердца в острый период инфаркта миокарда у больных хронической обструктивной болезнью легких

Prevalence and character of cardiac arrhythmias during the acute period of myocardial infarction depending on existence of the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) as co-morbidity was studied. A higher incidence of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation in patients with COPD in acute myocardial infarction compared with the control group was found, but there were no differences concerning of ventricular tachycardia and ventricular fibrillation. The relation between the presence of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and COPD severity, as well as the patient>s age is established.
