A novel tobacco shred warming and humidifying device comprises a tunnel vibration groove composed of a material conveying vibration groove, a support, an upper-portion top cover and an upper-portion base and is characterized in that loosening and poking rollers and steam overflowing and collecting devices are arranged at the inlet-outlet positions of the front end and the back end of the tunnel vibration groove, and steam spray nozzles are arranged on the upper-portion top cover and the upper-portion base of the tunnel vibration groove and are communicated with steam pipes. The novel tobacco shred warming and humidifying device is developed to change the situation that an existing tunnel warming and humidifying machine is lack of a corresponding loosening device and sprays steam from one face, uneven tobacco shred warming and humidification, water-logging tobacco shreds and wet masses are easily caused, processing quality in the follow-up processes is fluctuant, and the warming and humidifying capacity is limited. The novel tobacco shred warming and humidifying device first loosens cut tobacco shred cakes and then spray steam from double faces to perform warming and humidification, accordingly achieves even tobacco shred warming and humidification, improves the warming and humidifying capacity and can meet the demand for improving moisture content of tobacco shreds.
