Bacterial resistance and changes of lower respiratory tract flora in patients with Pseudomonas aeruginosa pneumonia

2020
Objective To analyze the bacterial resistance of pseudomonas aeruginosa pneumonia patients and the changes of lower respiratory tract flora. Methods From January 2016 to December 2018, 96 cases of in-hospital infection with pseudomonas aeruginosa pneumonia(62 males and 34 females)were admitted. The age was(59.43±13.66)years, ranging from 31 to 74 years. The drug resistance of pseudomonas aeruginosa in nosocomial infection caused by pseudomonas aeruginosa was analyzed. Results There were 32 cases of nosocomial infection with pseudomonas aeruginosa pneumonia in neurosurgery, 18 cases in neurology, 26 cases in respiratory medicine, 11 cases in surgical ICU and 9 cases in other departments.Pseudomonas aeruginosa had relatively strong drug resistance, and the order of drug resistance from weak to strong was sulbactam
