Европейский опыт реализации кластерной политики

The article analyzes the characteristics and problems of implementing cluster policy in European countries; discusses the influence of the cluster approach to production management on the formation of regions’ unique competencies. Based on the study, the authors summarize the experience of cluster policy in EU countries and highlight four general models of implementing cluster initiatives.
